Job Description :Our client is currently seeking a Swimming Instructor / Swimming Trainer to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting swimming lessons, ensuring safety during training sessions, and helping participants improve their swimming technique, confidence, and overall fitness.Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting swimming lessons for individuals and/or groups according to their level and ability.
  • Ensuring the safety of all participants during training sessions and maintaining constant supervision in the pool area.
  • Planning and delivering structured swimming training sessions that help participants improve their technique, confidence, and fitness.
  • Providing clear instructions, demonstrations, and constructive feedback to swimmers.
  • Monitoring participants’ progress and adapting lessons when necessary.
  • Ensuring that all pool rules, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe training environment in the pool area.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Swimming Trainer or Swimming Instructor.
  • Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with different age groups and skill levels.
  • Positive, patient, and motivating attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Good working knowledge of English.
Qualifications
  • Swimming Instructor certification or equivalent qualification.
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
