Our client, operating within the wholesale and distribution industry is seeking to recruit a Finance Officer. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Handling and processing of invoices
Handling reconciliations and data inputting
Posting bank transfers
Collecting cash sales and deposits
Preparing VAT returns
Issuing of weekly, monthly and general reports
Any other duty which may be require from time to time

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience working locally in accounts
Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

Education and Experience

Minimum of A'level in Accounting or early stages of ACCA
