Senior Acquisition Manager - igaming

• Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies
• Manage end-to-end acquisition campaigns
• Market and competitor analysis to identify market trends and competitor activities
• Research and analysis to refine acquisition strategies
• Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve the effectiveness of acquisition channels and campaigns
• Relationship-building and maintenance on al levels, internally and externally
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and effective acquisition assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and other promotional materials
• Monitor and assess emerging marketing technologies and tools to enhance acquisition efforts

• Provide mentorship and share knowledge with less experienced members of staff

• 5+ years experience in affiliate marketing within the igaming industry
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing affiliate programs

• Experience of working with affiliates delivering traffic to multiple jurisdictions, including Europe, Asia, and LATAM
• Strong understanding of acquisition marketing and driving customer growth

• Confident in managing and executing multi-channel acquisition campaigns
• Excellent analytical skills
• Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Affiliate Management Software, GA4, Ahrefs, JIRA, and Analytics
• Experience in HTML and CSS

• The role is offered on a full-time basis
• Office-based hybrid-remote = 3 days min weekly from the office
• Starting-salary €54-60K (negotiable depnding on experience)
