• Handling all facilities by maintaining the company premises organised and well cleaned;
• Supplying designated facility areas as directed by management;
• Taking care of windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, doors, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bins, ceiling vents, and restrooms maintenance (cleanliness and stock-up);
• Assisting in the preparation of in-house staff events and assisting in the clearing up after such events;
• Ordering supplies when needed by taking ownership of the inventory;
• Notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs;
• Ensuring corridors, elevators, stairs, offices, rooms, and all other areas are taken care of;
• Carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects;
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities;
• Following all health and safety regulations.

• Experience in a previous office cleaner role would be considered as an asset;
• Excellent verbal communications skills in English;
• Flexibility to work from different offices across Malta;
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines;
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate, be confidential and own time management skills;
