- Expediting parts to clear departure delays due to maintenance;
- Coordinating with MOC and Maintenance Planning to ensure that all materials arrive in anticipation of changes in planned maintenance;
- Communicate and resolve aircraft material issues with Engineering, Maintenance, and Maintenance Planning
- Tracking shipment orders to delivery;
- Posting and updating the daily handover report to assure an accurate information flow with MOC;
- Performing clerical duties as assigned, participating in the daily team meeting and some ‘on-call’ duties as required.
- Demonstrated experience in Logistics or Purchasing will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational abilities;
- Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize assignments and work independently;
- Strong computer literacy, good administration skills, familiar with MS office and e-mail system.
- Ability to work collaboratively and be an effective member of the team in a fast-paced safety sensitive environment;
- Capable of coordinating multiple high priority requests in an organized, urgent manner;
- Experience in either of the following is preferred but not essential:
- Working in an aircraft maintenance environment
- Working within EASA environment
- Researching aircraft part numbers
- Performing inventories of parts and consumables
- Purchasing or inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization;
