We are currently seeking a Corporate Relations Executive to join our team.The Corporate Relations Executive will be the front of the Foundation in the various companies and a catalyst to improve the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labour market.Responsibilities
  • Corporate Engagement: Build relationships with companies to increase employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, meeting face-to-face with corporate leaders and personnel to explore partnerships and remove employment barriers.
  • Business Development: Guide employers in finding practical solutions for inclusive hiring and recommend marketing strategies to promote disability employment within their organizations.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed personal and unit KPIs while ensuring all standards and procedures are maintained to the highest level.
  • Service Innovation: Propose new inclusion services, activities, and programmes that help our client group integrate successfully into the labor market.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with relevant associations and stakeholders in the inclusive employment field.
  • Internal Collaboration: Liaise with Supported Employment and Training & Development teams to match candidates with opportunities and ensure training aligns with market needs.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to disability legislation, monitor compliance with the Register of Persons with Disability, and prepare reports as requested by management.
  • Project Support: Assist with ESF or EU funded projects and attend training to develop competencies for delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other functions as directed by Management or CEO.
Requirements
  • Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Employment and Training Services Act, UN Convention for Persons with Disability, and local/EU disability legislation.
  • Training Expertise: Knowledge of effective training and support methodologies for vulnerable persons, including persons with disabilities.
  • Education & Experience:
  • First degree (NQF level 6) or recognized equivalent qualification, plus 2 years relevant work experience
  • OR 6 years relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Driving: Valid driving license required.
  • Good command of English and Maltese languages
  • A genuine interest in the sector of inclusion
Desirable
  • Work experience in the social sector and/or in recruitment-related roles
What we offerBasic Salary for 2025 is €26,458 (to increase with subsequent annual salary increases in line with JobsPlus collective agreements, inclusive of COLA)Car use at €32c per kilometer in line with JobsPlus collective agreement (excluding first and last trip).Annual Insurance voucher to top up to fully comprehensive as applicable.Mobile call & internet allowance of €420.A bonus up to 10% of gross pay on performance on attaining KPI levels, subject to ongoing review.Note: Please include a copy of the most recent Police Conduct certificate you have with your application.
