- Corporate Engagement: Build relationships with companies to increase employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, meeting face-to-face with corporate leaders and personnel to explore partnerships and remove employment barriers.
- Business Development: Guide employers in finding practical solutions for inclusive hiring and recommend marketing strategies to promote disability employment within their organizations.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed personal and unit KPIs while ensuring all standards and procedures are maintained to the highest level.
- Service Innovation: Propose new inclusion services, activities, and programmes that help our client group integrate successfully into the labor market.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with relevant associations and stakeholders in the inclusive employment field.
- Internal Collaboration: Liaise with Supported Employment and Training & Development teams to match candidates with opportunities and ensure training aligns with market needs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to disability legislation, monitor compliance with the Register of Persons with Disability, and prepare reports as requested by management.
- Project Support: Assist with ESF or EU funded projects and attend training to develop competencies for delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Additional Duties: Perform other functions as directed by Management or CEO.
- Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Employment and Training Services Act, UN Convention for Persons with Disability, and local/EU disability legislation.
- Training Expertise: Knowledge of effective training and support methodologies for vulnerable persons, including persons with disabilities.
- Education & Experience:
- First degree (NQF level 6) or recognized equivalent qualification, plus 2 years relevant work experience
- OR 6 years relevant work experience in a similar role
- Driving: Valid driving license required.
- Good command of English and Maltese languages
- A genuine interest in the sector of inclusion
- Work experience in the social sector and/or in recruitment-related roles
