A well-known group of companies is on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.Your main responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements whilst working closely with the stakeholders to implement new developments and features.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the developed solutions meet business needs.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.
Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
Managing and overseeing IT-related contract, including service level agreements (SLAs).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and systems analysis.

Skill-sets and Requirements

At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably local experience.
Strong understanding of Business analysis methodologies and processes.
Experience with stakeholder management.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communication technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
