- Native Italian-speaking and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Own a laptop

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- The real estate agent will be hired as a full-time employee
