- Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients;
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing deals, and follow-up activities;
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements to secure long-term and profitable partnerships;
- Deliver tailored product presentations that clearly communicate value and differentiation;
- Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to position products effectively;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM/ERP systems;
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline status, and key performance indicators to ensure consistent growth;
- Contribute to a high-performance team culture by sharing ideas, solving challenges, and supporting continuous improvement;
- Work independently with accountability while collaborating effectively with internal teams;
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge in line with business and market needs.
- Previous experience as a Sales professional, Buyer, or in a similar commercial role;
- Proven experience in B2B sales is essential;
- Experience within the fashion industry is required;
- Experience within the off-price sector is required;
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian and/or Russian/Ukrainian will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset;
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to support decision-making;
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach;
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration within a team;
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
