- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role promotion through various channels, candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires while reinforcing company values and culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hire documentation and employment status changes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement employee retention strategies, including incentives and motivation programs.
- Lead and support the implementation of performance management processes throughout the year.
- Participate in HR projects focused on enhancing the employee experience and increasing engagement across the organization.
- Provide general support to the HR team on ongoing initiatives and handle ad hoc duties as required.

- Assertive and proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or Psychology or a relevant field.
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Proven experience in the field of recruitment is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
