Our client is looking for a IT System Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.Your key responsibilities:

Identify and troubleshoot solutions to software and hardware issues.
Identify and follow up on technical issues from start to finish.
Track and resolve issues in agreed time frames while communicating and providing feedback to clients.
Resolve client issues and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams.
Assist on Systems Projects and maintain documentation for internal and external projects and systems.

Skill-sets and Requirements

At least one year of experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written English.
Knowledge in Microsoft 365 products and Windows servers
Understanding of Cisco networking and security and Cloud environments.
Valid B License
