Senior Sous Chef required to take on a leadership role in the kitchen. Previous experience in fine dining, mediterranean cuisine is a must. Skill set should be suitable to work in a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.Competencies

Check compliance with work procedures and rules for hygiene and food safety
Cook or heat up meat, fish, vegetables, ...
Prepare dishes for service (presentation, composition, finish...)
Decorate products after cooling (chocolate pieces, sesame seeds, sugar, covering with sauce...)
Wash and clean fruit and vegetables
