A leading client in financial services is looking for an ambitious Junior Litigation Lawyer to establish and grow with their team of professionals in the industry. As a Junior Litigation Lawyer, you will be conducting initial case investigations and assessments, participating in pre-litigation settlement negotiations, and drafting and filing court pleadings, motions, and other legal documentation. Furthermore, you will be representing the company's clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, while applying legal knowledge accordingly. The right fit for this role must have a warrant to practice law in Malta, a few years of experience in the litigation area (traineeship considered as well), and excellent Maltese and English written & speaking skills.
