- Providing on-the-job training to new sales employees.
- Always provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Have a positive outlook on sales and a strong drive to succeed.
- Have an outgoing personality and be capable of working effectively within a team as well as under their own initiative.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that align with company core values.
- Have basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Have proven experience working in similar sales roles.
- Very good commission-based work, providing excellent earning potential.
