- Assist in-person customers, including intermediaries, with a variety of services, such as updating and altering client information as needed.
- Assist customers with product information and inquiries.
- Introduce new products.
- If a sale is confirmed, provide estimates for new insurance and complete relevant documents.
- Manage policy processes such as surrenders, maturities, death benefit payments, amended Estimate Maturity Values, top-ups, Unit Linked policy values, and premium payments.
- Respond to all phone calls and internet correspondence from MSV Life customers.
- Handle customer complaints received at Regional Offices and seek resolution actively, with the option to escalate unresolved concerns through established internal channels.
- Process client requests by updating customer or policy data as needed and sending and shipping required documentation.
- Insurance qualifications such as CII, Dip CII will be considered as an asset
- 1-2 years of experience working in sales/customer service within insurance and/or a financial institution
- Fluency in English and Maltese
