- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification through to quotation, order conversion, delivery coordination, and post-sale account management
- Leverage established industry networks to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the maritime sector
- Represent the company at international marine industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across Europe and beyond
- Develop and execute an annual sales strategy aligned with company revenue and gross profit targets
- Oversee debtor performance for assigned accounts aligned with current procedures
- Provide technical pre-sales support by assessing vessel technology requirements, preparing detailed proposals, and coordinating with supply chain and operations teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting through the company's sales management tools
- Contribute to strategic account planning and support the identification of new market segments and geographic opportunities within the marine industry
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B technology sales, with a strong track record in marine or maritime technology environments
- Demonstrated technical credibility, supported by a degree in IT, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Relevant industry certifications like CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA
- Hands-on technical experience in maritime technology roles
- Proven experience in selling to yachting agencies, yacht management companies, shipyards, or maritime procurement departments
- An established professional network within the marine technology or superyacht sector
- Fluent in English both written & verbal, any other language would be considered a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally for the majority of the time
- Might consider candidates who are not based in Malta
