Job Description :Our client, a respected organization in Malta, is currently seeking an Solutions Implementation Specialist to join their team.In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into practical solutions, designing and implementing workflow- and process-driven systems, and providing ongoing support and maintenance for customer-facing applications.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software solutions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Configure, manage, and update software solutions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes; present and integrate business data into available platforms for reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate system functionality, ensuring compliance with usability standards.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing sessions with clients, document results, and facilitate the integration of feedback into final solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess, interpret, and document business and functional requirements for solution development.
  • Estimate time and resources required for deliverables, and plan execution accordingly to meet defined deadlines.
  • Provide operational support and issue resolution for live solutions, ensuring compliance with service agreements and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of up-to-date technical and customer-facing documentation.
  • Work alongside the commercial team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions and solution proposals.
  • Actively mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing, code quality, and professional development across the team.
Requirements
  • A university-level qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another IT-related discipline.
  • Industry-recognized IT certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven background working with SQL and database technologies, along with experience in delivering, supporting, and operating customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle, including familiarity with various development methodologies and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement data models and business processes, as well as configure, manage, and support automation tools and database platforms.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and presentation skills; adept at time management and team collaboration.
  • A proactive approach to sharing knowledge and delivering training to ensure clients can successfully adopt and utilize Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
  • Willingness to foster long-term client relationships, proactively identify areas for process improvement, and assess the impact and performance of implemented solutions.
