- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, quotations, order conversion, and account management.
- Grow business through MSPs, IT integrators, enterprise procurement teams, and SMB IT buyers.
- Attend local and international IT events to develop pipeline and partnerships.
- Prepare annual sales plans targeting revenue and gross profit objectives.
- Provide technical pre-sales support: requirement scoping and solution configuration.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and dashboards.
- Identify new markets, segments, and vendor opportunities.
- 5+ years B2B technology sales experience (MSPs, IT integrators, enterprise clients).
- Strong technical understanding of IT hardware, networking, software licensing, or managed services.
- Relevant IT degree, certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
- Established professional network within the IT/MSP ecosystem.
- Fluent in English; additional EU languages are an asset.
- Willing to travel up to 70% of the time across Europe.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, or AV/UC solutions.
- Experience with recurring revenue models (SaaS, service contracts).
- Sales experience across multiple European regions.
