We are seeking an Aircraft Mechanic / Engineer with extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in maintaining and servicing large commercial aircraft.Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Boeing 747-400/800 aircraft. - Conduct inspections, system checks, and component replacements in line with OEM and regulatory requirements. - Operate and maintain engine compressor washing equipment, including Cyclean machines. - Conduct cabin air quality testing using specialist equipment. - Collaborate effectively with ground staff, flight crews, and third-party maintenance providers to ensure seamless operations. - Support urgent customer requirements with the ability to deploy at short notice to global locations. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations. Experience, Knowledge and Skills: - Minimum 10 years’ professional experience as an Aircraft Mechanic / Engineer. - Proven Boeing 747-400/800 type experience (mandatory). - Certification or approvals in line with relevant aviation authorities (EASA Part-66) - Strong understanding of airliner and mass passenger transport maintenance requirements. - Engine Compressor Washing experience (beneficial). - Familiarity with Cyclean machines and cabin air testing equipment (beneficial). - Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Education: - Diploma or Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or Aviation Technology. - EASA Part-66 B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence. - Boeing 747-400 and 747-800 Type Ratings Working time: shift basis.ProfilesSubjects:Subject Level GradeCompetencies

  • Check conformity of intervention or approve release of plane into service with permit: PART 66 B2: line maintenance of electronic and electric systems of aeroplanes and helicopters
  • Check conformity of intervention or approve release of plane into service with permit: PART 66 C: full maintenance of entire plane
  • Check safety measures for aircrafts in parking zones; report any malfunctions
  • Prepare materials (beacons, wheel blocks) and equipment (passengers stairs) according to specific type of plane/cargo
  • Check safety in zones used by aircrafts (transiting or parking)
  • Check state of safety equipment and conformity to navigation standards
  • Update technical documentation of plane maintenance shop
  • Work on: flight equipment (instruments, radio navigation)
