We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Attendant to join our hospitality team at a modern boutique hotel located in Birżebbuġa, Malta. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, helping to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests.Key Responsibilities:Guest Room Care:Clean, prepare, and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.Sanitize bathrooms and promptly report any maintenance issues or damages.Public Area Upkeep:Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.Keep all areas well-presented and stocked with necessary supplies.Guest Assistance:Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.Respond promptly to any guest requests or concerns.Team Support:Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.Excellent attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.Friendly, respectful attitude and good communication skills.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.A professional, supportive, and friendly working environment.Opportunities for training and career development.Why Join Us?
