The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture.This vacancy has arisen within the Sustainability & Analytics Department.Purpose of Position:This role supports a wide range of sustainability initiatives, from audit preparation and compliance to project coordination and cross-departmental collaboration. The position plays a key role in advancing the company’s environmental goals and ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks.Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure the effective planning and implementation of sustainability projects by overseeing progress and coordinating with other departments.
Collaborate with other departments to conduct environmental studies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Coordinate and monitor the progress of internal environmental action plans and initiatives across departments.
Contribute to the drafting and updating of environmental and sustainability action plans and reports.
Conduct targeted research to support strategic sustainability efforts.
Support the development and maintenance of compliance documentation and audit verification records.
Assist with preparation of sustainability audits and reporting.
Support the inclusion of sustainability considerations in contracts and procurement processes, including proposing and reviewing sustainability clauses.
Monitor developments in EU and local environmental legislation, including "Fit for 55" and CSRD, and communicate relevant updates internally.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and a drive to make a measurable impact.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to generate and develop innovative ideas.
Excellent organisational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects, schedules and meetings efficiently.
Advanced research and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in documentation, reports, and project updates.
Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
