The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture.This vacancy has arisen within the Sustainability & Analytics Department.Purpose of Position:This role supports a wide range of sustainability initiatives, from audit preparation and compliance to project coordination and cross-departmental collaboration. The position plays a key role in advancing the company’s environmental goals and ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective planning and implementation of sustainability projects by overseeing progress and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to conduct environmental studies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Coordinate and monitor the progress of internal environmental action plans and initiatives across departments.
  • Contribute to the drafting and updating of environmental and sustainability action plans and reports.
  • Conduct targeted research to support strategic sustainability efforts.
  • Support the development and maintenance of compliance documentation and audit verification records.
  • Assist with preparation of sustainability audits and reporting.
  • Support the inclusion of sustainability considerations in contracts and procurement processes, including proposing and reviewing sustainability clauses.
  • Monitor developments in EU and local environmental legislation, including "Fit for 55" and CSRD, and communicate relevant updates internally.
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for environmental sustainability and a drive to make a measurable impact.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to generate and develop innovative ideas.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects, schedules and meetings efficiently.
  • Advanced research and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in documentation, reports, and project updates.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
