An established and highly regarded investment management firm is seeking an Investment Operations Officer to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the fast-growing investment industry and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of operations, including settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions offering tremendous exposure around investments services in Malta and the perfect place to build your career in this field.You will be part of a collaborative and professional team where you’ll develop a strong foundation in financial operations and broaden your knowledge across a wide range of financial instruments, including bonds, ETFs, and equities. This role offers a clear pathway for career development within financial services.Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day running of investment operations
Assist with settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions
Gain exposure to stockbroking and capital markets activities

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Fluency in Maltese and English preferred
Basic understanding of settlements and corporate actions
