- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, following designated routes and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in a delivery or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Maltese (limited working proficiency acceptable).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries.
- Good physical stamina, as the role involves manual handling and lifting of items.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
