Our client, a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Swatar, Malta, is looking for a Corporate Services Officer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and develop your expertise within the CSP industry.This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €30K depending on experience.Due to the urgency of the role, only candidates who are already based in Malta can be considered for the roleRole & ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients and handle their requestsSetting up new companies and prepare their statutory filingsOpen and close bank accounts, liaising with banks as requiredCoordinate with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authoritiesKeep company records and registers up to date with accurate informationCommunicate with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers on behalf of clientsMeet deadlines and deliver high-quality work as promised to clients.Maintain dialogue of communication with clients on a regular basis and keep clients informed with any new developments within their industryEducation, Skills & Experience2+ years’ experience in a similar role within financial services, legal services, or CSPsRelevant tertiary education or professional qualificationsExcellent English communication skills (C2/native) – written and spokenClient-focused, proactive, and able to work independentlyHighly organised, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbout the roleSalary of up to €30K depending on experience and performance bonusHybrid with flexible hours – on Fridays the office closes at 14:00On-the-job trainingFree ParkingHealth Insurance & Wellness AllowanceOpportunities to attend industry eventsStudy leave and opportunities for career growthApply with your detailed CV, please*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
