- Providing support for challenging client inquiries or escalations as necessary.
- Proficiency in Turkish language, both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close agreements and maximize profitability.
- Prior experience in account management, sales, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account projects. simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A passion for creating exceptional sales experiences.
- Previous experience in CFD/FX markets is essential.
