- Manage bookings for the practitioners appointments and ensure timely follow ups with customers
- Provide basic wellness guidance aligned with our brand
- Assist customers on the shop floor and recommend products
- Drive sales while delivering a friendly, consultative experience
- Maintain store and wellness space standards
- Passion for wellness, health, or lifestyle
- Background or certification in wellness coaching, fitness or nutrition
- Strong communication and people skills
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
