- Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in Dutch
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions
- Deliver accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
- Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments when needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
- Permanent contract from day one
- 35 hours per week (with option to increase up to 40 hours)
- Base salary: €1,500/month
- Dutch language bonus: €4/hour
- Performance bonus: up to €3/hour
- Average total: €1,850 – €2,100/month
- Flight (or train if already in Spain)
- 25 days of accommodation on arrival
- €1,000 with first salary
- €500 with second salary
- Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
- 4–5 working days per week + 2–3 days off
- Schedules shared in advance
- Option to swap shifts with teammates

- Meal vouchers: approximately €40/month (€2.5 per working day)
