- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is optional and considered a plus.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the energy sector.
- Outstanding sales skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer support.

- Strong networking abilities and research skills.
- A good eye for opportunities and a self-starter attitude.
- In-depth knowledge of our product range and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients on a high-level basis.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
