Welcomes all guests, in a courteous and friendly manner, upon arrival.
Loads and unloads luggage from vehicles including, but not limited to private cars, guests rental cars, taxis, coaches and mini-vans, and the like. Delivers and retrieves guest luggage to and from rooms.
Accompanies guests to their rooms upon arrival. Confirms guest room is to the guest's satisfaction and up to standard.
Assists with group arrivals and departures.
Accepts and records deliveries for guests. Informs Service Express Command Centre about such requests.
Transports deliveries to guest rooms including but not limited to messages, flowers and packages.
