Job Description:OverviewWe are looking for a Market Research & Performance Manager to drive commercial performance optimisation across multiple regulated European markets within the Games Global portfolio.This role focuses on analysing market dynamics, commercial performance metrics, and competitive positioning to deliver actionable insights that improve market share, content performance, and strategic decision-making. Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Regional Games, Product, and Strategy teams, the successful candidate will act as a central intelligence function — translating complex data into clear recommendations that support revenue growth and market expansion.
ResponsibilitiesMarket Research, Commercial & Regulatory Intelligence
  • Monitor and analyse market performance across multiple European regulated markets.
  • Monitor and analyse market performance across multiple European regulated markets, assessing commercial trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate commercial initiatives and deliver structured performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track regulatory developments and analyse regulator reports, benchmarks, and public market data to identify key insights.
  • Consolidate commercial and regulatory intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations for Commercial, Strategy, and Compliance stakeholders.
Performance Optimisation
  • Track key commercial KPIs including game uptake, distribution performance, and revenue trends.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend optimisation strategies.
  • Support strategic planning through data-driven insights and forecasting.
  • Leverage internal and external datasets to enhance commercial decision-making.
Strategic Evaluation & Reporting
  • Produce regular performance reporting and market intelligence updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop clear presentations translating complex data into commercial insights.
  • Support quarterly market strategy planning through analytical evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of regulatory developments and market changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Market Strategy, Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
  • Provide market-level insights to influence game roadmaps and commercial initiatives.
  • Support alignment between strategic planning and regional execution.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Strong analytical background within the online gaming or related digital industry.
  • Experience monitoring and optimising commercial performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulated European markets.
  • Advanced analytical capability and experience working with performance datasets.
QualificationsExperience in market research, commercial analytics, or performance strategy roles within iGaming or sports betting is highly desirable.Key Competencies
