Market leading CSP offering bespoke client solutions urgently needs a Corporate Services Assistant Manager to join their successful team. As a Corporate Services Assistant Manager you will play a key role in supporting the teams’ operations by looking after a portfolio of clients and mentoring the more junior members of the team.Salary up to €50K depending on experience.Role & Responsibilities
  • Leading internal projects and remaining updated of legal developments affecting the department
  • Reviewing and enhancing internal procedures
  • Managing new business enquiries and coordinating onboarding processes
  • Mentoring staff to reach their full potential and delivering induction programmes for new team members
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and corporate governance requirements
  • Assisting the Manager in preparing monthly statistics on targets set for the team
  • Supporting departmental strategy and business development initiatives
  • Developing performance metrics to assess departmental effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Handling escalations and resolving complex corporate services-related issues in collaboration with senior management
Education, Skills & Experience
  • Around five years of experience in the Corporate Services industry
  • University degree
  • In-depth knowledge of Company and Trust legislation
  • Strong command of English (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Effective multitasker
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
About this Role
  • Up to €50K depending on experience
  • Hybrid – Office based with flexible hours - Summer Hours (July, August – On Fridays we leave at 2pm!)
