We have an exciting opportunity for a Player Protection Analyst to work on our regular shift rotation. This role will assist in maintaining Casumo’s safer gambling strategy and assist in projects relating to safer gambling, affordability and anti-money laundering. This will include developing policies, processes and tools.As the Player Protection Analyst You Will:Interact with players who require assistance with Anti Money Laundering or Responsible Gaming matters when required.Serve as the first point of escalation for all Player Protection (AML & Responsible Gaming) cases and queries from other teams.Conduct the analysis of player accounts to identify activities related to Money Laundering and Problem Gambling.Spread Responsible Gaming awareness as an integral part of our daily operations within the whole company.Assist the MLRO/DMLRO with Suspicious Activity Reporting and other investigations.Support the Head of Player Protection with new member onboarding and ad hoc training sessions for different business areas.Perform Enhanced Due Diligence and affordability checks.Ensure accounts remain updated in line with record-keeping requirements.Interact with players who require assistance with Responsible Gaming matters and follow up on documentation requests concerning our anti-money laundering obligations, when required.Continue to develop as an expert in the field and share that knowledge with the player-facing teams.Cooperate with the Payments, Ambassadors, Loyalty, and Marketing teams to develop and improve our internal procedures.You Have:Knowledge of iGaming, Sports betting and player behaviour - preferred.Proficiency in Swedish or Finnish, alongside English.Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage (not a must).24/7 flexibility when required.You are creative, proactive, and willing to work.You are dynamic and accurate.Excellent numerical and analytical skills.You are a team player and bring positive spirit.Ability to work in shifts, with office presence.The PerksA range of training courses, known as Casumo College, for continuous learning.Access to some of the greatest tools and platforms out there.An incredibly diverse team of smart, motivated colleagues from more than 30 countries.Private health insurance.Wellness incentives, including a fitness allowance and mental well-being services.Gourmet lunches and healthy snacks prepared by our in-house chef.Social events for building strong relationships with colleagues from all across the organization.Great minds don't think alike
