- Develop and implement the overall SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimisation aligned with business objectives;
- Conduct detailed SEO audits and recommend practical improvement plans to enhance website performance;
- Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value content and traffic opportunities;
- Oversee and optimise the website’s technical SEO structure, including aspects such as crawlability, indexing, structured data, and Core Web Vitals;
- Design and execute link-building strategies, including outreach initiatives and digital PR activities;
- Work closely with content, development, and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website development and content creation;
- Monitor key SEO performance indicators such as organic traffic, search rankings, click-through rates, and conversion metrics, providing regular performance reports;
- Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO trends to maintain strong search performance;
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams to strengthen overall SEO knowledge and best practices within the organisation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SEO, ideally within an international or multilingual environment;
- Experience working with high-traffic websites or e-commerce platforms will be considered advantageous;
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEMrush;
- Strong understanding of SEO copywriting and content optimisation techniques;
- Familiarity with international and local SEO principles, including hreflang implementation and geo-targeting;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently;
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional and multicultural teams;
- Curious and proactive approach to learning new technologies and digital trends;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French will be considered an asset.
