- Assist Nordic-speaking and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
- Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs
- Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
- Manage customer accounts
- Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
- Strong communication skills in English and a Nordic language, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Additional language skills are considered a plus
- Start date: Every second week, training provided
- Salary: Base salary + bonus scheme
- Rotating shift-based work
- Location: Malta, St Julians
