We provide online investment services, including reception and transmission of orders, execution of client orders, custodian services, and foreign exchange linked to investment services.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Compliance Assistant to join our team and support IFH Capital Trader Ltd in maintaining robust compliance with Maltese and EU regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with ESMA, MFSA and other applicable regulations requirements.
  • Support preparation and maintenance of compliance-related documentation.
  • Track changes in regulatory requirements across Malta and other jurisdictions in which we operate, supporting timely policy updates.
  • Help coordinate internal compliance audits and controls.
  • Respond to routine compliance queries and escalate complex issues.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of client queries.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Officer on risk assessments and regulatory notifications.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline preferred.
  • Basic experience or knowledge of financial services regulations, ideally within the Maltese or EU framework.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus due to international cross-border activity.
