We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Helper to assist our installation, finishing, printing, and CNC operations teamsThe role involves supporting skilled staff in preparing materials, operating basic tools, handling and transporting components, and keeping the workspace organized and safe. Responsibilities include assisting during installations on-site, helping with finishing processes such as sanding, cleaning, and quality checks, supporting printing tasks including material loading and machine monitoring, and aiding CNC operators with material preparation, unloading, and basic machine assistance. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, willing to learn, and capable of following instructions precisely. No prior experience is required, but knowledge of basic tools and machinery is considered an asset. Applicants should be reliable, physically fit, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.ProfilesCompetencies

Air the rooms
Dust & clean floors, carpets, furniture and objects. Ventilate rooms
Dust, sort out waste and empty dustbins
Clean and store clothes and other textiles (washing, sewing, ironing)
Maintain and store cleaning materials. Check stock of products
Place and connect material for low voltage (switches, sockets...)
Determine materials for integration based on specifications, technical regulation... Assemble the installation parts
Install installation on site and connect it to external networks
Install junction boxes (distribution boxes/splitters, electric sockets...) and connect them to existing cables
Make trenches to pull cables through (drilling through walls, filling...)
Check conformity of products against samples of raw materials, semi manufactures,...
Check conformity of manufactured pieces (evenness, perpendicular position,...) and take samples for analysis
Check loading and supply of cement, concrete and asphalt
Pour concrete in mould or prestressed concrete mould
Dismantle the item and disassemble the mould
Monitor operation and safety system of printing press
Check finished products (papers, books, posters...). Remove non-conforming items
Basic maintenance of printing press
Make a master print. Make adjustments (density, colouring, coverage...)
Pack products according to characteristic, order and manner of transport
