We are looking for a PSP Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will primarily own and coordinate the onboarding of Payment Service Providers (PSPs), working closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure a smooth, timely, and well-structured process. You will also be responsible for maintaining all administrative aspects of PSP integrations and building strong partner relationships, while supporting broader payment operations under the guidance of the Head of Payment Product.The ideal candidate is someone detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling day-to-day payment operations, partner relationships, and performance tracking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate PSP onboarding: manage end-to-end process (initial contact to go-live), coordinate KYB/Due Diligence/contracts with Legal/Compliance, manage stakeholder communication, ensure timely document collection/verification, and support technical/operational setup.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of PSP integrations, including:
  • Maintaining an updated database of agreements, terms (commercial, fees, SLAs, termination)
  • Tracking contract statuses, renewals, and obligations
  • Ensuring comprehensive documentation and internal visibility of all PSP data
  • Cultivate strong PSP relationships by serving as the main contact (with Head of Payment Product), holding regular reviews, and proactively resolving issues and finding improvements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new and alternative PSPs and payment methods aligned with company strategy, including:
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Sourcing new providers via LinkedIn, industry networks, events, and direct outreach
  • Evaluating partners based on business needs, coverage, and performance
  • Coordinate, monitor and evaluate campaign briefings to promote payment methods in cooperation with CRM and Operational teams;
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the Payments team and broader business objectives.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in Payments and/or Fraud within iGaming or a related industry
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with PSP platforms and payment flows is considered an asset
