- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and help lead the team
- Assist in developing new dishes and menus in line with brand standards
- Guide and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation
- Manage stock levels, ingredients, and assist with ordering to maintain efficient operations
- Ensure proper food rotation and maintain high quality control standards
- Help train new team members and ensure kitchen procedures are followed
- Work closely with management on ordering, kitchen efficiency, and daily operations
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
- Formal culinary training
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or strong experience as a Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and industry standards
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, or similar systems)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive leadership approach with the ability to support and guide a team
- Ability to work under pressure and stay organized during busy service
- Motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
