David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Online Casino Gaming Company who is seeking to onboard an Content Moderator with German for their Malta office.Position: Content Moderator with GermanLocation: Hybrid, Qormi, Malta (office) AND remote from anywhere in MaltaEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review user-generated content (e.g. sales ads)
Support users and answer their questions via email
Respond to customer inquiries on all topics related to the online marketplace
Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules, market trends and moderation best practices
Provide feedback to managers on trends, common end-user mistakes and questions
Give an input on improvements of publication rules to improve user experiences
Follow communication procedures and policies
Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Previous experience in content moderation, customer care and/or online business will be considred as an advantage
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
Conscientious and reliable
Strong attention to detail
Customer focused with willingness to assist
Team player.
