- Perform general maintenance duties including minor repairs, touch ups, and basic handyman tasks
- Carry out finishing works such as painting, plaster patching, silicone application, wood restoration, tile layer, and surface preparation
- Assist with installation, assembly, and fitting of fixtures, furniture, and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and report required repairs
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized
- Support ongoing projects by preparing materials, tools, and workspaces
- Always follow health and safety guidelines
Good knowledge of basic tools, materials, and repair techniques
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical ability to perform manual tasks
