- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects (360, digital campaigns, e-commerce projects) ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Drive end-to-end launches of new DTC products, including digital campaign rollouts, landing page development, and marketplace integrations (e.g., Amazon, Shopify). Deliver strong product visibility and conversion-focused execution across all touchpoints.
- Digital Strategy & Channel Development: Design and implement digital-first marketing strategies that integrate paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, email automation, content, and influencer campaigns. Drive brand awareness, traffic growth, and revenue.
- Performance & Analytics Ownership: Define and manage KPIs for all digital and e-commerce efforts. Monitor user behavior, campaign ROI, and channel-specific metrics using tools like GA4, Hotjar, Meta Ads, and others. Translate insights into tactical improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with content, design, sales, product, and external agencies to align digital marketing goals with business objectives, ensuring consistency across platforms and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and media buying, campaign management
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, CMS tools
- Experience with A/B testing, marketing automation, CRM, and campaign reporting
- Solid project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Analytical mindset with creative flair
- Familiarity with GDPR, cookies, and digital compliance standards
- Experience within agencies or FMCG are a plus
- 2-3 years proven experience in digital marketing and /or e-commerce roles
