We are looking for an Events Executive to join our client's dynamic team. The selected candidate will be liaising with their existing clients and prospective customers and coordinating the event including catering and administration. S/he must also attend fairs. This position includes working evenings and weekends in accordance with business flows and requests.ABOUT OUR CLIENTOur client is Malta's leader in Hospitality & Leisure sector.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating the event including catering and administration.

Liaising with their existing clients and prospective customers.

Attending fairs.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Proven work experience in a similar position.

Portfolio of managed events including weddings, meetings, parties, and corporate events.

Proficient in MS Office.

Sales skills.

Communication skills in both Maltese and English.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Interpersonal skills.

EDUCATIONA Bachelor's degree would be considered an asset.WORKING TIME

Monday to Friday from 8:30 till 17:00 with 30 minutes break.

This position includes working evenings and weekends in accordance with business flows and requests.
