EPAM is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Insight Analyst to join our team in Malta.As a Senior Insight Analyst at EPAM, you will analyze large datasets, uncover trends and actionable insights and use advanced analytics to deliver predictive and prescriptive solutions. Your expertise in statistical methods, machine learning, SQL and programming languages like R or Python will empower stakeholders across teams to make data-driven decisions with confidence.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insightsInterpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise mannerUtilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analysesDevelop and implement models to support business decisionsWork closely with cross-functional teams including product, designers to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutionsAct as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiativesMentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reportingConduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organizationRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent SQL and R or Python knowledgeStrong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniquesExperience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findingsProactive, results-driven and hands-on approach toward problem solvingExcellent English communication skillsWe offer/Benefits
