The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content scheduling, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule content releases across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Manage and optimize content for each platform, tailoring posts to fit the unique requirements and audience preferences of each channel.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights to inform future content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and the marketing team to coordinate content releases and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized library of content assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for distribution purposes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in content distribution and social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content distribution, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their content requirements.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluency in the German language is considered a plus.
