Kitchen Porter

• Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and crockery.
• Keep kitchen floors and surfaces clean, dry, and free from hazards.
• Assist with basic food preparation as directed by chefs.
• Dispose of waste and recycling according to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages.
• Clean and restock the restaurant restrooms regularly throughout the shift.
• Empty bins and remove trash from front-of-house areas as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors in both the kitchen and public areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks during off-peak hours or as scheduled.

• Prior experience in a cleaning or kitchen support role is preferred but not essential.
• High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit; able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
