Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee the transfer of products to all retail outlets, ensuring the process is managed efficiently. • Prepare and package items for delivery, ensuring they are accurate and complete. • To replenish stock as requested by the Stores Manager and the Assistant Stores Manager and ensure organized shipments. • To keep the stores clean and clear of any obstructions and safety hazards. • To responsible for leaving warehouse’s equipment, including company vehicles, in good order and report any malfunctions to management immediately. • To organize and optimize the layout of the store to maximize space utilization. • To perform basic maintenance tasks as requested in retail outlets and stores. • To meet all work deadlines as instructed by his/her direct superior. • To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout. • To complete the tasks as instructed by the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Warehouse Manager. • To keep oneself updated on developments in Warehouse Management. • To be responsible for the warehouse daily duties to be performed by Store Keeper. • To conduct on day-to-day operational tasks that require attention to detail and adherence to company procedures. • To fulfill the needs of all outlets. • To perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time in relation to his/her job.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies
  • Carry out after-sales service (exchange, return goods to suppliers, refund, ship goods for repair...)
  • Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
  • Maintain and clean sales area and products in the department.
  • Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
  • Organise departments, stocks and supply (order further supply, remove faulty goods...)
  • Prepare articles (label, theft protection, tag...) and display them in shop or stand
  • Receive goods. Keep tally
  • Receive payments
  • Take stock
  • Welcome customer. Determine his/her wishes and advise on products and services
