This company specialises in compliance and corporate governance and was founded five years ago by a team of three lawyers. It operates as part of a larger CSP. The company’s primary focus lies in providing directorships and consultancy services to various industries. It boasts specialisation across multiple sectors, catering to a diverse range of industries. With a strong foundation built on legal expertise and industry knowledge, the company is committed to delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to the specific needs of its clients.As a Compliance Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to work on both AML and Regulatory Compliance, enhancing your expertise in two critical areas. You’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team comprising three directors, all lawyers by profession, and a dedicated Compliance Analyst.You will:

Aid in ensuring clients’ regulatory compliance in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Provide support to Directors in offering officer roles to clients.
Assist in gathering and reviewing customized due diligence documentation as requested.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of legislation and regulations pertinent to clients, the company, and affiliated entities.
Assist in gathering and reviewing customized due diligence documentation as requested.

Skills/ Experience:

1-2 years of experience in AML or regulatory compliance
Background in Compliance within the Financial Services Industry.
