Operational Processes Specialist: Analyzes, develops, and optimizes workflows to improve efficiency and compliance. Creates SOPs, monitors KPIs, and drives continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate operational activities related to NPL portfolio servicing in cooperation with servicers • Monitor performance indicators (e.g. contact and conversion rates) and track milestone completion in both amicable and legal collection processes • Control invoices: validate, reconcile, and ensure timely processing of servicing and legal costs • Manage post-purchase obligations and handle claims related to defective receivables • Collaborate with legal and sales teams during SPA negotiations and support due diligence processes • Identify and implement process improvements, automate reporting, and enhance cooperation with servicers • Prepare operational analyses and reports for investor relations purposes • Ensure operational compliance with ACPR regulations and EU directives related to NPL transactions Mandatory Competences • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders • Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
