- Manage and expand existing affiliate accounts across all brands.
- Assess and optimize account performance to ensure ROI and meet agreed KPIs.
- Contribute to the creation, planning, and execution of affiliate acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies in both existing and new markets.
- Analyze campaign results to align with departmental targets.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices that benefit other facets of the business.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with affiliate partners.
- Develop promotions and newsletters for affiliate marketers.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sportsbook Affiliate Manager.
- Proficiency in relationship management, negotiation, and clear communication in English; fluency in Finnish is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure.
- Aptitude for problem-solving with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
