Our client within the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team.Main responsibilities :

Oversee the company's financial function and reporting framework.
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial statements in line with regulatory and accounting standards.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operations and growth.
Identify and manage financial risks, and implement strategies to safeguard assets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and internal policies; coordinate audits.
Maintain strong internal controls to ensure accuracy, prevent fraud, and protect financial data.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Manage bank relationships, transactions, payments, and monthly reconciliations.
Oversee accounting records, creditor/debtor management, and client account queries.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience in the Financial Services industry is a must
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and IFRS.
